About me

I grew up in Perth Western Australia and have lived in QLD, Victoria and Sydney for short periods Throughout my life. I am a mother of 4 children ranging from 28-15 yrs. old. I love learning and people and constantly self-reflect on my patterns and who I am in the world, as I continue to grow into the person I have become, not the person ‘others’ want me to be. It is my passion to create better experiences and outcomes for consumers and family members and I feel privileged to walk alongside, co-creating these outcomes together.

My approach to supervision

I come from a non-bio-medical paradigm.
My approach is to first co-design ‘your’ supervision session with you, creating an accountable space where we mutually can explore and learn from each other. You have your own answers, I only create the conditions for you to reflect, discover and grow personally and professionally.
I will always question and reflect on my own practice and will regularly invite you in to co-evaluate our sessions, so I continue to provide you with supervision of the highest quality that continues to meet your needs.
I work from a relational, strengths-based approach and together we gently challenge our blind spots and what it means to be peer. It is my intention that you feel self-empowered and confident within your workspace.
I look forward to learning and growing with you.
